Shipping policy

Shipping:

Standard production time is up to 28 business days (this does NOT include shipping), plus 3-5 business days for shipping where applicable. Please allow an additional 5 business days for non-standard items that may require specialty ordering. I am not responsible for shipping delays due to the pandemic or unforeseen weather conditions. If the item is returned to me due to wrong address there will be an additional $15.00 fee that will need to be paid within 24 hours of invoice sent to get it resent back to you.

Delivery:

There is NO Delivery options at this time. I will update if we are able to offer this at a later time.

Pick-Up:

You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick-up. You will have 72 hours from agreed upon pickup time to retrieve your items or request an invoice for shipping and handling. If you choose to request an invoice you MUST pay the invoice within 24 hours of being emailed to pay your shipping fee. If order isn't picked up or shipping invoice isn't paid within specified timeframe you forfeit any money paid. All money paid is non-refundable.
